We got in restaurant about 6:15 PM, we got our first Dish at 7:51, I was sitting directly front of this small kitchen with two people continuously arguing with each others, the thing I didn’t like was their continuous food touching in fact he picked piece of meet with his hand and put it in the dish, our second dish arrived 10 minutes later, we are still waiting for other dishes, we order to show up, overall service was very bad. They never asked us after two hours. Why was delayed why dishes are coming one at a time every 10 minutes
I drive 2 hours for the experience Chef Ali gifts to his guests. On top of the great service and atmosphere, you can expect phenomenal food. Their souvlaki is exceptionally juicy and tender. Their kebabs are also a must-try option as I discovered they not only use quality cuts of beef, but they grind their meat in-house right before they are made, hence, do expect a delay that is worthwhile the exceptional quality you will experience soon after! I ordered a $25 gift card for dear friends in Arlington two weeks ago and it never got there! Your website is the worst! You cashed my credit card. I called the restaurant and Lisa said she'd get someone to call me back and no one ever did!! You took my money and did not deliver. I'm not happy that my friends never got their gift! June Kassel.
