Our favourite restaurant on the island did not disappoint us as we chose to spend our 20th anniversary lunchtime at Olivio Corso. A superb wine list accompanies a superb selection of tapas, starters, mains and dessert. The Octopus salad is a must, I took the local Tuna Tanaki and Nic the Ceviche of Wahoo. Ended with the local Bread Butter pudding. Simply Devine!! El Cotillo is well served with five restaurants but for us, this tops the lot.
We travelled to El Cotillo from Corralejo for what was probably our best meal on the island during a recent holiday. The staff had a more limited understanding of English than in some places (we ended up with the wrong drinks and a missing starter things that were put right easily enough! ; but don't let this put you off. The food was BRILLIANT!! Every course was delicious. Definitely worth the journey.
Olivo Corso is a fantastic restaurant that offers an unforgettable dining experience. The atmosphere is sophisticated and stylish. The menu features a wide range of delicious dishes, including fresh seafood, and meat dishes, all prepared with high-quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. The wine list is also extensive, with a great selection.
