I went to Ollies for dinner tonight and specifically requested certain chicken pieces for a 3-piece meal since I don’t eat dark meat. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my request and gave me the wrong pieces without mentioning anything. It was the first time I didn’t check my order before leaving the store, and when I got home and discovered the mistake, I called them. I was told there was nothing they could do to fix it. What a waste of a $40 order—it ended up in the trash. Their refusal to address their mistake is poor business practice and goes against consumer rights.
Ollies, you really missed the mark tonight, and I'm quite disappointed with the service. First, I was told that you weren’t accepting phone orders due to being too busy. However, while I was waiting in-store for my order, I saw you serving customers their phone orders. To make matters worse, when I got home, I found a piece of metal wire from a scourer or wire brush in one of the pieces of chicken. I've tried calling for the last 30 minutes but can't get through, probably because you’re still too busy.
Been in Melton for 8 years now and never actually ate here. Went today for lunch cause I thought hey may as well and it was SO GOOD. The chips didn’t taste greasy or oily like most chips do which was a pleasant surprise and the burger was incredible. Great size, great taste. Costumer service was lovely too. Will definitely eat here again and again.
It would be great seeing as though you're spending good money on a fried chicken pack if they would include a leg piece,twice now I have been to ollie's and got a 5 piece pack and just got wings....pretty pathetic...lift your fricking game ollie's!! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The restaurant opens at 10:30 AM, and everything is fresh and absolutely mouthwatering. You have to give it a try! It's a locally owned shop in Melton, and the people there are very nice.
Food was average staff weren't really freindly there was no hand towel in the male toilets to dry your hands
