My friend and I both ordered the steak and cheese, and we were disappointed. The bread was hard, the steak was dry, and there was barely any cheese. It seems like the kitchen is getting a bit complacent and cutting corners, while the manager isn’t aware, so they’re serving subpar food without consequences. Honestly, I'd rather eat at Subway (and I’m not a fan of Subway). You really need to pay attention to what your chef is preparing because it’s affecting your bottom line. I definitely won’t be coming back, and neither will my friends. It’s frustrating to pay so much for such a low-quality meal.
Asked the cashier if they had good roast beef. What a LIE. Beef was over seasoned over cooked and inedible. I took one bite and tossed it. Thanks for your recommendation! They should change the name to Olympia greasy pizza. Get roast beef out of their name. Bun wasn’t toasted I mean have some respect serving lunch to people. Lost my taste for beefs for at least a month. Any place with that large of a menu is either serving you old food and processed food. Garbage!
Food used to be great. Now prices have gone up, there is a service fee just for ordering, along with credit card fee (which is not allowed per mass law) and now their portion are tiny. Just paid $13 for 0.36 lb of food in my wrap. Kinda pathetic.Just got home and opened the food up and it's missing half the ingredients. Just terrible yet again
