Be sure to arrive with an appetite! The smoked turkey salad is absolutely massive—there’s enough to last me 2-3 days. The smoked sausage is incredibly flavorful, and the half chicken is really good too. If you're into BBQ nachos, they offer two varieties, although only one is listed on the menu. Even the half portion is quite substantial. I'm giving them a 4 out of 5 stars instead of a 5 because they seem to have a strong preference for brown sugar. The sauce is a bit too sweet for my taste, and I don't believe sugar should be in greens. The Brunswick stew sounds delicious, but it's also on the sweet side. If that sounds appealing to you, go ahead and indulge—you definitely won't regret it!
The next great Memphis BBQ. Took some out of town family, see I needed a choice that wasn't big chain and wasn't one off hood Q.<br/ <br/ So I went to O&O. Party of 10, no worries. Split checks, done. Kids loud and acting fun, not noticed. <br/ <br/ FOOD, awesome.<br/ <br/ The adults as couples each shared Ribs +3 meats a pile of sides. This makes a great way to get everyone trying everything. Wet and Dry, brisket, pulled pork, sausage, turkey, chicken.<br/ <br/ And they didn't bat an eye use of a coupon from the City Guide.<br/ <br/ Business Journal says this place is gaining ground on Central. We'll see.
Absolutely! As someone who owns a BBQ restaurant, I can confidently say this place is worth a visit! The meat was tender and flavorful, though I found it necessary to add BBQ sauce to each type of meat, which is something I usually judge BBQ on—good BBQ shouldn’t need sauce. The baked beans were delicious, and my kids really enjoyed the mac and cheese, even if it was quite orange! The coleslaw was just okay. I ordered the ribs wet and I would recommend sticking with that next time; the dry ones looked a bit dry. On a positive note, the service was excellent!
Wow... That's all I can say. Damn good food that will leave you so full after. My wife and I decided to grab lunch after visiting the botanical gardens and saw this place and wow, are we glad we did. Everything was delicious but it was so much food. We each got 1/2 a rack of ribs but definitely could have split one 1/2 rack, especially since it came with 2 sides. The quesadillas were delicious as well. I'm only upset that I was too full to try the banana pudding.

We dined at both the Perkins Extended and Timber Creek locations, and the food and service were outstanding! We tried the BBQ pork sandwich, BBQ chicken sandwich, and the jumbo chicken leg dinner, all of which were delicious. The twice-baked potato salad is fantastic! Service at both locations was top-notch as well. The only letdown was that there was no beer available at the Timber Creek location, but we hear it will be offered soon.
We arrived late on Beale Street and found it packed, so we decided to try One Only BBQ. The smoked chicken wings were absolutely amazing, and the ribs had a delicious dry rub – they were so tender that no sauce was necessary. I even wanted to take some home! And don't leave without trying the banana pudding; it’s a must-have! We dined on Perkins Street.
There are still a few of the well-known players to check off of my Memphis barbecue list, but today I set my sights on One Only BBQ. I managed to eat my entire plate without making a mess of my clothes, except for the piece of pulled pork that I found later in my shirt pocket. Totally worth it.
The experience was just average and overpriced. The baked beans were good, but the ribs were mediocre and the chicken quesadilla was a disappointment; it had bones and lacked flavor. Spending $40 for two people was not worth it. I won't be returning, although the staff was very friendly!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and decided to go by One and Only BBQ. It was very very good. The service was very friendly and the nachos were great!
