Went for valentines day. A+ treatment from the wait staff and a semi classy place too. Loved everything about it. I can only speak about the pizza as that 's all we had. It 's not stl thin cracker style. More of a doughy NY style pizza. Its chewy. Too much bread for my taste but some will love this. The cook tosses the dough in the air right there infront of everyone so that 's cool. I got the gut buster. Our waiter described it as piled high with toppings as there are so many toppings on that pizza. No it 's not piled high. I really loved the service, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and didn't feel rushed at all. The salad was fantastic—I was so impressed that I forgot to take a picture! The Italian rice croquettes made with risotto were perfectly cooked. The bread was fabulous as well. I had the cannelloni, which was a generous portion, but the absolute highlight was the tiramisu—I indulged without any guilt! This cozy, casual spot is definitely worth a return visit. I would love to see some classic dishes on the menu, like Bolognese, cacio e pepe, or a traditional carbonara. I can't wait to go back!
My specific complaint tonight involves a couple with a golden retriever at the table next to us. They, along with their friends, were petting and scratching the dog, and hair was flying everywhere! Since we were seated very close, we had to cover our food and drinks to avoid getting covered in fur. I really wanted to enjoy more of my delicious pizza and have a few drinks while taking in the pleasant evening, but it was hard to relax with dog hair everywhere. The pizza itself was amazing, but sadly, the rest of our experience was quite disappointing.
Wow! Loved Onesto. The food was delicious, especially the chicken risotto. You have a different risotto every week. The Sangria was great. Didn't know they were famous for the Sangria. It is located in the middle of the SOHA South Hampton residential area and has a wonderful neighborhood Vibe. Large outdoor mostly shaded terrace and large decoration inside. Will be back. We had a fantastic summer night dining outdoors. The food was exceptional! This place is famous for its thin-crust pizza and sangria. We'll definitely be back. On this occasion, we ate inside since it was 101°F outside. I couldn't resist trying the Smoked Prime Rib Sunday Special, and we also had Chicken Parmesan—both were delicious!
Special thanks to Master Chef Jewel!!! The experience couldn?t have been better. Five stars isn?t enough. Beautiful ambience in a great location with skilled craftsmen. I look forward to seeing them again.It?s great to see a place like this in the old neighborhood.Highly recommended.
The service was great! The food was wonderful! My hubby had the Big Italian w/ fries and a salad. I had a salad and pepperoni calzone. Of course we had the garlic knots too! ? We love Onesto because the food is good, the service is great and the sangria is usually really tasty!
