We eat here as we were stuck in the hotel because our flight was cancelled and there was nothing around so far here for 3 days.. they try to do a A La Carte Menu but everything is frozen the chips, the meat and everything has no taste. I think it 's the worst place I have ever even in spain in the last 5 years. The portions are small, the staf barely speek English and the food tastes like rubber and sometimes cold rubber.. one of the worst was the burger.. it came on a place with 2 small baby potatoes and it was only the meat from the burger that is it. No salt or pepper or condiments or bread nothing. So if you can stay away horrible food.
I’ve been to this hotel already twice for work related overnights and both of the times I’ve ordered food from the restaurant and took it to my room. The food is really excellent, quick service, friendly staff and extremely fast, I’ve waited both times no longer than 10mins. The price is excellent for the portions and quality of the food. Well done!
Yo estuve del 3 al 4 enero 2024 y me gustó bastante, aunque solo estuve una noche. La cena de carta pero estaba muy buena, sobretodo la hamburguesa,. Un poco caro el postre que pedí aparte. La habitación amplia y cama comoda, y desayuno había variedad, no mucha pero suficiente.
Ubicado en el polígono comercial, a 5 km de Elche, es moderno y agradable, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas, pero necesitadas de renovación. Buen servicio y atención. Buena cena, desayuno más que mejorable.

Menu del dia at this hotel is excellent. A good choice of food, outstanding service from the staff, three course including a glass of wine each for 12€ per person, amazing.
La atención al cliente fue correcta. La habitación ideal para ir en familia (2 adultos y 2 niños), espacio suficiente y muy limpia. El desayuno con mucha variedad.
