Ono Hawaiian BBQ is a typical fast-food restaurant offering delicious Hawaiian cuisine. I've visited several times this year, primarily during my lunch breaks from work, and I've also ordered from here while working overtime. The meals are consistently tasty and well-prepared. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. If you're in Eastland Center in West Covina, I highly recommend checking this place out!
I didn’t mind the long wait since it was a Sunday evening, but what really frustrated me was when I got home and discovered that all the chicken in my order was still raw. I couldn’t go back for a refund since I live 15 minutes away. It’s really disappointing because after waiting so long, my meal turned out to be inedible.
I usually order the #42, and it’s always fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that they can get really busy at times, which means it might take a little longer for my food to be prepared to ensure its freshness. However, the wait is definitely worth it for the generous portion sizes and high quality of the food.
