Ono Hawaiian BBQ - Tisch resevieren

My wife and I decided to try this place for dinner last night. When we arrived around 9ish PM. The restaurant is very clean, well-lit with nice decorations. The staff were attentive to customers. My wife ordered BBQ chicken and Beef Combo and I orderedKalua Combo with Chicken Katsu which is basically shredded pork and bearded chicken. The food arrived shortly. Everything isserved in disposable containers even if you are eating in the restaurant which I think is a turn-off! The food was generallygood. Not healthy but good! Kalua had a really good smokey taste but was too salty. The BBQ Chicken was just great and juicy.Both combos came with three scoops of steamed rice, macaroni salad and vege...

You guys have TERRIBLE costumer service. First of all we gwt there keep in mind on the afternoon shift there's like 6/7 employees NOBODY says hi or Welcome, there's 3 of them talking to each other, stand for like 2 minutes looking at the menu andagain NOBODY how can I help you or are you ready to order Nothing!!! I obviously stared at them and its like Im wrong forinterrupted them... ??????? the guys takes my order gives me the receipt NO thank you no Nothing Im the one that says thank you,then I'm waiting for the food, and this guys is poking his coworker finger with one of the forks (Hopefully not mine) last butnot least pick up the food and again no thank you no Nothing 0 costumer service...

Been here a few times. Multiple times the white full trays they give you, are filthy with grime and dirt on them. I literally am going to report this specific location to the DHS. Clearly juanito in the back is either not inspecting those trays beforeputting peoples food in them or they are just letting them pass through that filthy. When you get your food always untie it andlook at it at the counter inspect every part of the tray. Place is disgusting.

Quality of food at this location really dropped The Katsu chicken was luke warm, breading was hard and chicken was dry. My katsu chicken didn?t even come with sauce. I wouldn?t go back Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Good food. I had Hawaiian BBQ mix. Chicken and pork chop was cooked for good taste. Beef was good too. Salad and rice gave good combo to all meat.

Can never go wrong with the food here! They make it fresh so it takes about 15-20 minutes to get your food but you won't be disappointed.
