The restaurant was packed on a Wednesday afternoon, but we were fortunate enough to be first on the waitlist and got seated right away. While their selection of sushi rolls is limited, the menu features a variety of authentic items, including sashimi and sushi. They offer omakase and cooked dishes such as uni pasta. I was so surprised to dine here after living in the area for 20+ years! I had always driven by but it was always bustling so I would avoid it but DAMN! We have never dined there but I've gotten to go twice now. To be honest I expected so much more because of the ratings but the sushi is not as fresh as I thought. It's just ok to me. The to go boxes for the sushi and hand roll sets aren't too pricy though so I guess they figure we aren't dining in so quality goes down.
