I visited for the first time and was really disappointed. It seems like the East Indian franchise owner is skimping on portion sizes and toppings. There was hardly any rice or Caesar salad. The chicken skewers were undercooked, there was no lemon wedge for the Caesar salad, and the bread wasn't even sprinkled with Parmesan. When I brought this up, the staff just shook a little bit of each item onto the plates and walked away. You would expect a franchisee to maintain a consistent experience according to protocol. If this keeps up, I certainly won't be returning on my travels. They need to do better!
This restaurant offers the tiniest portions I've ever encountered at any Opa. It's ridiculous. The food I did receive was quite disappointing. The bread was dry, the rice was both dry and tasteless, the salad was mushy, and the lamb was nearly inedible due to having bits of cartilage in every bite. Our usual location near home is always generous with extra sauce when we order takeout, but this one was reluctant to provide it without charging an additional fee.
So, here it is: it is not true tzatziki, it is a sauce, tzatziki style. Ok, I get it, it is fine. But if I remember well, it should be TWO spoons of sauce for a wrap, the second one should crown the top of the wrap and it should be a full spoon and not just a smear. Also, please review the weight of the salad. If you order a meal, you get something like a spoon of a salad. You can count how many bits are there. I don't think it should be in that way.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend it; it feels like a waste of money. The portions are incredibly small, and the ingredients are so scarce that I could barely taste the tomatoes, feta cheese, onions, or sauce. It really shows a lack of respect for customers. The pita bread was very fluffy and seasoned with spices making it very tasty. The beef souvlaki was seasoned very well prior to cooking and was cooked perfectly. I would have wished they had included a few more pieces of beef to justify the $12. The chicken was a bit dry, and could have been more juicer.
We stopped here for dinner on our way to Edmonton. The service was quite slow, and there were mistakes with most of our order, but I understand that the person working that day was new. Thankfully, the manager addressed most of the issues, so it seems like the service was just lacking that one day.
This used to be a fantastic restaurant, and for the most part, it still is. However, I have to say that the Caesar salad is quite disappointing. It consists mainly of lettuce leaves with a bit of Parmesan and stale croutons. I'm really upset about it because I love Caesar salad.

This restaurant was quite enjoyable about a year ago, but it has really declined since then. The service remains good, but the quality of the food worsens every day. I think I’ll be taking my business to one of the other options in town.
