What an enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours on a lovely long weekend afternoon! We went to Opa! Willow Glen to sit outside and enjoy the sun (and fountain) with a few drinks and Greek appetizers. We were seated quickly by a friendly host and soon after Ryan came over to take our drink order. Not only were the drinks delicious but Ryan is very personable and brings real soul to the restaurant. Thank you, Ryan and Opa! of Willow Glen. We will be back!
Service was bad. Could not understand server.Soft drinks not available. He said they did not have any carbon for the fizz to the soft drinks.When order was brought tbere was no meat (breakfast hash). We had to show him because he did not believe us. Insisted that meat was under the egg, even after we showed him it was not under the egg.Needless to say we will not return, even though it was our first visit to the restaurant.
The food at this restaurant was mediocre. The lamb pita had large, tough pieces of meat that made it impossible to bite into the sandwich. I had to cut the lamb into smaller pieces just to eat it. Additionally, there wasn't enough lamb in the sandwich. The vegetables were also in large chunks and would have been better if they were cut into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
It took forever to get drinks and then way too long to get the food. I ordered the chicken pita; the chicken was grisly and not edible. The restaurant was not busy it was 6:30 on a Thursday. First time at this location will not be back. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The drinks are really good! However, the food I've had mixed feelings about. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it isn't and upsets my stomach. Overall an alright place to go! If you haven't been before, you should give it a try.
A friend from Las Vegas who travels frequently really loved the food and atmosphere of this restaurant. The noise level is just right for having conversations.
The dip platter (7 different kinds) is the best one in town. We like to order this as a starter along with smaller entrees.
