This restaurant was recommended to us by our Inghams Rep. There were multiple issues: poor staffing waiters for a busy restauant inadequate portions- our raclette which was to share between was of the size of the next table who...were sharing between Fondue not enough for two. We went for an option to have meat with the fondue. We were a table of and a couple of our friends ordered the exact same meal down the other end of the table. We were expected to share one plate of meat (clearly straight from a plastic packet) between ourselves and the other couple who were sat at least people down the table. We had a lovely experience in this restaurant last week whilst on holiday skiing. Everything surpassed my expectations. The waitresses were very friendly, as were the owners who came round the restaurant part way through the meal i thought this was a nice touch.....They had the traditional alpine options available a couple who were sat behind us, demolished a cheese fondue, but we had the Panoramic special. This was steak, with the Cafe de Paris sauce, chips and a green salad. The meat melted in the mouth, the sauce although buttery was delicious and felt like a real indulgence all over the chips, then a simple salad on the side. I would find it hard to find anything good to say. We booked on the recommendation of the Inghams rep.Eleven of us were seated by the plastic in one meal was disconcerting the steak was tough and if my meal had arrived I could...comment.Had I wished to dine alone I would have as they acknowledged they had forgotten my meal and no longer had it available as the rest of my party finished. The apathy was symptomatic of a restaurant that served other smaller tables first,and on us complaining couldn't wait for us to leave.You would have to be very desperate to want to eat here! Previous reviews of mine suggest I am generous to those who try hard or try to remedy mistakes
Ate here with the family during our holiday and we were really pleased with the quality and quantity of the food. Waitresses insisted we let them know if we needed even the slightest thing and were very welcoming and smiley! We had a fondu which...was utterly delicious with a hearty portion of potatoes, salad and charcuterie. Lovely place, definitely recommend! We had to pop back a second time to try their Café de Paris speciality which had tempted us the first time! Not to miss.

This is a dreadful restaurant with slow service and poor quality food. The risotto is not what I would class as such due the absence of rice and I suspect was microwaved. The steak was tough and other meals average. I did feel sorry for...the waitresses, who were pleasant butvclearly there was little they could do. There are far better and better value restaurants in la plagne. I would avoid.
The restaurant is under new ownership this year, it was great before but is even better now. The service is great and the menu is fantastic. We sat at a table near the windows that look out to Mont Blanc. The fondue was great, the...duck amazing and the cafe Paris steak was first class. The owner George was present and offered expert advice on wine and dessert.
A great place for an après ski beer or a great meal. The greatest welcome I've received in a while with friendly staff who really make you feel at home.. Very fresh and tasty meal with the most amazing views of mont blanc. It would...be a crime not to visit this restaurant during any stay in the region. I'm counting the days to going back!
The new duo running this restaurant is doing a fab job. While attentive and smilly, they let you dine at your pace. Great to taste quality in quantity in our plates. So good that we brought some friends the next day, with equally good experience....Great choice of salads and local dishes.

The food was fine (not great), but the overall experience was a huge let down due to completely uninterested service. A shame as we had grabbed a coffee here earlier in the week and been warmly welcomed by who I presume was the owner.
