The frozen yogurt was delicious, but while I was waiting in line to pay, I noticed that the people in front of us were overcharged. I don't know the specifics, but after the man questioned the price a second time, the cashier finally addressed the issue. Then my daughter and I were overcharged as well. I wasn't sure if the toppings cost extra at the time, so I didn’t say anything, but from now on, I'll make sure to check the prices closely when I visit.

I visited the location in Washington, and my 7-year-old accidentally dropped her yogurt. Instead of replacing it out of kindness, the lady behind the counter charged us for an extra yogurt. So, kids, be careful with your yogurt unless you want to spend $10 for another one! I won’t be returning.
Had a great time there! My wife and I took our 5 kids for our first time. Staff was super friendly and patient with my little kids and made each one of them feel special. I can't say enough nice about the folks at the Washington Missouri location! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Love the place. But it's absolutely filthy. The more I looked the more I didn't want to be there. If the outside looks like that I can't imagine the yogurt machines are clean.
We love all the different flavors of FROYO and it's always fresh! Store is always clean and staff is always friendly! Great place for dessert!
