I gave this place a 5 start for a few reasons place looks clean, service is very nice although every time I come there is little people here, generous portions and price isn't so bad! PLUS after the first visit they recognize me and now treat me with something, that makes me come back! menu looks just like any other restaurant of its kind but again the fact that the owner serves a little extra makes a huge difference when trying to decide where to go just saying.....
You can't beat Sushi Cal when it comes to price and quality—where else can you get 8 pieces of sushi for under $5? They offer just three types of rolls: Shrimp Tempura, Spicy Tuna, and California. For those who prefer a variety, you can mix and match to enjoy four pieces of each kind. It's advisable to call ahead during busy meal times, as the owner is the sole chef, which can lead to a wait of up to 20 minutes.
this place is great. great food, friendly staff. extremely creative sushi. on the other hand, if they are looking for authentic sushi, they are very far from it. I say it's not important, I like it. oh, and the price is okay. go with several friends so they can get a good selection of dressed.

very nice and respectful couple running a sushi restaurant. they are both very polite and above all, which looks eating and taste brilliant. the best sushi restaurant in the city stands down.
I used to work just a few blocks away from this restaurant, and I couldn't wait for lunchtime to get there because I enjoyed it so much.
