We had a very bad experience, we went today and waited 30 minutes to be sat, apparently no one cared since we were not the only customers waiting. I could hear other customers complain since they had been waiting for a while. There was no one that we could speak to, since the staff ignored everyone waiting. A young man called a waiter and the waiter didn't even acknowledge him. The day shift manager was the worst very rude and not apologetic to anyone whom was waiting. She actually passed by all the customers waiting and never acknowledge anyone. She complained about being busy with a big party. She was the worst. My wife and I visited this restaurant last year and had a wonderful experience. We returned with my family recently, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. The chilaquiles were cold, and my children had to send back their tamales because they were old. Additionally, the sauce on the chilaquiles was unexpectedly sweet. My adult children joked about my previous recommendation because I hadn’t been disappointed last year. Despite this, I still think it’s a decent place for breakfast, and I would be willing to give it another try.
I've been coming to this restaurant for years, but my recent visit was quite different. It was clear that there is new management. We waited for almost 10 minutes without a word from any waiter or host. Meanwhile, when two American men walked in, they were attended to immediately. We mentioned that we had been waiting, and it was quite disappointing. Management should definitely consider training their staff to acknowledge all customers when they arrive.
This is truly Authentic Mexican food to a T and you can't beat the price!! The server's are very nice and attentive! They also have a Bar if you need a drink! There is plenty of parking! I took my boyfriend for the 1st time today and he can't wait to go again! It's a nice restaurant, its clean. It has both Booths and tables. The bathrooms are maintained clean. The service was excellent; I was greeted and seated immediately upon arrival. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you receive, earning a solid 5/5. The overall food was quite delicious, with the rice also getting a perfect score of 5/5. The chicken enchiladas Verdes were equally impressive, also receiving a 5/5 rating. The only downside was the beans, which I would rate a 3/5. Overall, I’d give the experience a strong 4.8.
Nice place with good food. It's not a romantic or cozy place, but the food is good and the margaritas are VERY good. Try out the spicy cucumber margarita, it's so fresh and taste fantastic. Another tips is the mango margarita. We had great service and felt very welcomed. We usually go for breakfast here, Because the breakfast is sooooo good.
In this place they have good food, but the waitress we had forgotten what we ordered and never bring it should not contain a tip bath service tho. Otherwise, it is a good service depending on the waitress tho
