It is quite uncommon to come across an authentic Chinese restaurant in Toronto that offers halal food. During the lockdown, we decided to try their traditional Lanzhou Beef Hand-Pulled Noodle Soup for takeout, and it was fantastic. However, when we dined in at the restaurant after the lockdown, it was even more amazing. The interior was clean and tidy, but the service was lacking. Despite multiple requests for utensils and water, they always seemed to forget. I believe that good service is just as crucial as enjoying delicious food when dining out. Hopefully, they will work on improving their service in the future.
Tried their hand pulled beef noodles and it was delicious! Probably one of the best you will find in the Scarborough area.Very flavourful and decent portions. Beef and broth was not too fat and oily. Did not know about it until recently. Noodles were nice and chewy with lots of garnish.Would definitely be back to try their other dishes in the future.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. It has been a favorite of mine for years, with the food being delicious and flavorful. It is definitely one of the top places to eat in the GTA. Their knödel and traditional Lanzhou noodles are absolutely incredible, along with their chicken and broccoli.
The cost is $16, but there is very little meat present, and it is lamb. I was very disappointed. I had to gather all the meat in a corner to show just how little they gave me. It felt like they were cheating me. However, the meat was very tasty, but the portion size did not match the price.
Loved these noodles!! The meat was so flavorful and the noodles were wonderful. The pan fried dumplings were perfect! They were slightly crunchy on the outside but then incredibly soft and juicy when you bite into it. The 7 treasure tea was so unique and delicious.
do not look further if you want to try out one of the most authentic lanzhou hand pulled noddle in toronto. professional service and delicious food. definitiw a place that our families will return in the future
Place is cash only FYI. Not bad noodles, but not great either. Soup on salty side. Could have been better.
