The food was quite enjoyable, featuring a good variety of dishes prepared to order. You have the option to select one to four items, and I opted for a three-item combo. My choices included meatballs, meatloaf with egg, and a pork dish, all for $11. The meal was served in a large container, along with a small container of rice. The combo also included a cup of soup and a regular-sized iced tea. It's worth noting that this is not your typical American Chinese fare; you definitely get better value for your money here. However, parking can be a bit limited.
Cheap delicious Chinese take out, 3 item combo plus soup and tea for under $7. I come here very often for lunch or dinner. Steam table items like panda express expect many more choices and the dishes are made for Chinese people not white folk. I almost always order baked tofu with pickled mustard, pork meatballs, fried chicken thigh, or spicy bamboo with black fungus and pork. Menu choices are usually the same although some dishes come and go. No frills decoration in here, mostly just take out orders.
I used to eat here almost every day, and the prices are unbeatable! The curry is delicious, but I suspect it might be duck meat since the bones are too large to be chicken. Each order comes with a complimentary house milk tea. The milk tea has a somewhat artificial sugary flavor, but it’s surprisingly good. Just let the ice melt completely before drinking it, and it won't be as sweet!

However, one downside of Oriental Express Cafe is the limited parking, which might be an inconvenience, but it’s manageable for customers looking to grab a quick takeout. Overall, I highly recommend trying the Kung Pao Chicken, meat pie, and cold dishes. It's definitely a great choice for a quick lunch or dinner on the go!
Delicious, great value Chinese food. This is the Asian version of a greasy spoon diner, where you can get a whole lot of great tasting food for not a whole lot of money. When you set your expectations correctly you can see why this place has been open with many happy customers for so long.
The food was just mediocre, and the complimentary milk tea wasn't great, so I ended up pouring it out. I had to stop by Bon Appetea afterward to get a boba milk tea instead. No pun intended, but it really wasn't my thing.
This is one of my favorite places to eat. It's conveniently located, always clean, and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend it!
