Staff was very friendly. We never had to wait for a refill or ask for anything as they were sure to check often. Food was authentic and served very quickly, fresh, hot and delicious. Have tried to place rather large orders for pick up on numerous occasions and thought it would be helpful for them if I got it in early. They pick up the phone to only tell me to call back when they are open. Maybe don’t pick the phone up. Unfortunately at 5:00 pm I’m on commute. So I’ll go back to Victoria which will take my order ahead of time.
Absolutely the perfect Asian dining experience. Serving Chinese, Japanese, and sushi. Its all delicious, servings are massive, the service is first class, and the restaurant itself is gorgeous. If you're looking for a flawless night out, this is the place, they get it right every time without fail.Food: 5/5
The restaurant was good. For parking, you park in the parking lot beside it, go inside, and they validate. Large servings of well prepared foods. Very busy, so a bit loud, but you can get a private room table as it is a Japanese as well as a Chinese restaurant.Food: 5/5 Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Dinner was excellent. The service was speedy, without feeling like we were rushed. Very attentive staff. The food was so delicious, hot and fresh. The atmosphere and dining area is very clean and peaceful. By far THE best Chinese food in Kamloops.Food: 5/5
We reserved a Tatami room last night.Service was quick and efficient, lovely waitresses were fun and engaging. Our meals came quick and were delicious. Thankyou Oriental Gardens for an exceptional dining experience.
