The place has great customer service which were really did appreciate. Kudos to Alejandra C. who basically earned the rating. Don't order the Ribs. This restaurant, famous for the Rips, has failed. I've been travelling from Pleasanton for 50 years. I was at all 5 locations, but WC has made changes under new management in the preparation of their Ribs that make them tasteless over boiled and mushy. They fall from the bone and have lost great taste there. I don't like to change on a metal cookie sheet by the new manager it just doesn't refurbished like a beautiful porcelain plate If you have the free bakers and corn that have gone, unless you want to pay extra. The best American comforter I've had so far. We ordered meat lovers Omelette and a medium rare 16oz New Yorker. The omelette is large, hash brown is not too salty. Steak is juicy, but less marble than expected. The pages are GREAT (Salad and Backkartoffel). The staff is friendly and polite. The restaurant is child-friendly. I would definitely recommend here who suddenly has a hunger for American comfort food
The restaurant seems to be dated. I appreciate the original decor. Eating here is really good. Servings are generous and waiting times were somewhat longer than normal. We ordered the Trit and the St. Louis ribs. Very delicate and juicy. Submissions were huge! My son ordered the southwest Chicken Salad. That was a huge portion! We baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad. On the edge stuffed!
