They have a good menu with lots of favourites to choose from. In the last year or so, though I pretty much only order one thing the salmon burger with garden salad and fries (with dill dip! I like most things I’ve ordered (fish tacos, Kim’s burger, west coast chop salad, beef dip, Mediterranean wrap but I almost always come back to the salmon burger. Thank you to our waitress Elizabeth. I was evacuated from Fort McMurray on Tuesday and since then I have had a very stressful week. I came to have lunch at Original Joes before heading to my temporary home. Our waitress Elizabeth was one of the best I 've ever had. She genuinely cared about my situation, listened with intent and to top it off, was extremely prompt. To top it off I received my bill that was at 0.00 with a note saying 'this one is on us ' I was overcome with emotion and kindness. She gave me a hug, let me cry on her shoulder and wished me the best. If that isn 't above and beyond I don 't know what it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
