A very nice meal, artistic presentation. Amuses mouths and succulent entries. Pear-pomme dish below, too salty. The dessert with honey and anis was a slam, one of the best I ate, not too sweet, fine. Only flat: the service was very junior and uninspired, can be due to the holidays, not to the height of the meal.
