I will never set foot in Orlando's again. This is the second time I've had issues with my order, along with other problems over the phone. You really need staff who can understand and accurately repeat orders. When I arrived after placing my order over the phone, my two sandwiches weren’t even there! The staff acted as if I had called the wrong place. I had to call from my cell to prove I had the right number, and when I reminded her I was just in the restaurant and they didn’t have my sandwiches, she seemed confused.

However, I was disappointed with the amount of chicken packed into the wrap—it was way too much—while the tomato and avocado were barely noticeable. Our office orders from Orlando's at least four days a week, even if it means paying $21 for a sandwich and coffee sometimes. Their $20 minimum for delivery is a bit ridiculous. One of the staff members is friendly, but the other seems clueless and never has the right information. The food prices are inconsistent; I've noticed that I could order the same sandwich one day apart and find that the prices are different each time. The cost does not align with the quality of the food, which seems to vary depending on who takes the order. I only gave it one star because, at least, the delivery is quick.
I stopped by for a wrap at 4:40 PM and it took less than ten minutes to prepare. However, when I asked to sit down, I was told no because they were mopping the floor. I won’t be returning. Just so you know, I ended up eating my wrap outside, and they never did mop. They close at 4:45 PM anyway. The guy behind the counter was quite rude too; if he was unhappy working on a holiday weekend, he should have said something instead of taking it out on customers.

I typically order delivery from this restaurant, and I've only visited in person a couple of times. However, today when I called for a delivery, the man who answered was quite rude and hung up on me. When I called back to ask when the lady who makes the juice would be coming in (since she usually arrives at 8:00 AM), he became impatient and hung up again. This experience was incredibly unprofessional, especially considering that I am a regular customer.
I want to start by apologizing for not capturing better photos. When I unwrapped my #24 Chicken Cutlet Italiano Panini, the cheese pull was so mesmerizing that I lost track of time. By the time I came to, half of the sandwich was gone! As a first-time customer, I found the layout of the restaurant a bit confusing. However, everything was fresh and delicious. The prices were very reasonable, especially for Manhasset.
This place has really declined. It’s clear they don’t care anymore. I ordered a chicken lettuce wrap, but half of it was missing and the ingredients were all wilted. For $18, you would expect a lot better effort. The new location in Bethpage is a lot better; they actually seem to care. I’m editing this because I mistakenly thought the Bethpage location was in Plainview.
They didn’t follow my instructions to heat the ham, which was a waste of money! This will be my first and last time dining here. Condiments on the side? I wish they had some culinary common sense. I should have gone to a different spot.

I really enjoy the food and service at this restaurant. The seating is comfortable, and they offer Wi-Fi. I often visit while waiting for my car to be serviced at the nearby A&E Auto Repair.
I stopped by for breakfast and enjoyed a delicious egg sandwich. They have tables for dining in, and the staff is very friendly.
