My family has been a fan of your custard since the very beginning! It's our top choice whenever we go out for our favorite treat. My brother had his first job here over 20 years ago, it's my go-to spot for a burger and a shake, and my mom calls in for 1-2 half gallons of her favorite flavors a few times a month! However, my only concern is that in recent months, no one has been answering the phones. For example, tonight (8/31/22), I called four times starting just after 8 PM, but the phone just kept ringing without an answer each time. I want to share my experience at Oscar's on Hwy 100, a restaurant I visit frequently but haven't reviewed in a while. First and foremost, the staff at the counter are exceptional. They took my order quickly, with a friendly smile, and ensured everything was accurate. The food was served hot and absolutely delicious. The grill cooks clearly know what they're doing; the burgers, cheese curds, and onion rings were grilled and prepared to perfection. Even after bringing the meal home, just two miles away, everything was still warm. I highly recommend supporting this restaurant, as they genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction.
I frequently visit Oscar on Highway 100, but I haven't checked out this restaurant in a while. I just want to say that the experience was fantastic. The order was taken quickly and with a smile, and everything was accurate. The food was hot and delicious. This used to be someplace I liked to go that had decent food? that has clearly changed. Dined there today after not having been there in awhile, food was very low grade, looked bad and tasted even worse. I was starving and I still couldn?t stomach it all-it was that hard to get down despite all the grease. Felt so sick right after eating the burger, and stomach is crampinghorribly. I visited this location during the lunch hour yesterday and was impressed by the camaraderie among the staff. They all appeared cheerful and worked efficiently! Stopped in this location yesterday on the lunch hour. I have to say that the first thing I noticed was the camaraderie of the staff. They all seemed happy and moved with hustle!
