Osmow's Shawarma - Tisch resevieren

I recently visited Osmows and initially had a disappointing experience with my order. Frustrated, I brought the issue to the attention of the staff. To my relief, the management quickly stepped in to rectify the situation. They apologized sincerely for the mistake and offered to replace my entire order for free. The new order was prepared promptly and was exactly what I had wanted. The food was fresh, flavorful, and definitely lived up to Osmows' reputation. Despite the initial hiccup, the excellent customer service and the quality of the meal turned the experience around. Unfortunately, Osmow’s Shawarma is not the same as it was back in 2019. With all due respect, they have brought in new staff to make the food. I believe they focus on cheap labor rather than hiring professional chefs who know how to make shawarma and the rest of the menu. First time trying new item on the menu fattoush salad and Saj chicken shawarma wrap. Yummy! Great customer service, great food, and large serving size. I would definitely come back for more exciting items on the menu!
