I have never had issues with the quality or quantity of food from your other locations, and I have always enjoyed your offerings. Concerned that there had been a mistake, we drove back to the restaurant hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, when we inquired about the portions, the staff refused to add more chicken or provide a replacement order, even though it seemed like the reasonable thing to do. I have a photo of what we were served, and I believe that the employees at this location lack essential customer service skills, which need to be addressed promptly. I've never had to voice a complaint about service or product quality before, as I usually avoid places with poor reputations. Ho...
I got some baklava along with chicken poutine . The staff told me ones on the bottom are old and so he gave me a box from the top which was supposed to be ok. The tops ones were old too and tasted awful. Why would they even display old food, let alonesell it ? Having worked in fast-food before I wouldn?t blame the staff but it shows how owners are negligent towards unhygienicand illegal practises. I wouldn?t be surprised if they do the same thing for other foods that they sell.
Was a regular customer until now, they're the only local shawarma available anyway). The shawarma have been decent, but the spice levels have not been consistent, most recently way too hot, -my request was on the lower level). My fault for eating it, and I paid a big price the next morning. Will never come here again. I wondered why the wrap was so overloaded....to mask the spice. Barely made it to the bathroom for the 3rd go.... horrible.
I ordered the large chicken shawarma wrap and much to my surprise the size of the wrap has decreased by 20 to 30 percent with the same 14 dollar price. After taking a few bites the entire shawarma split right down the middle as shown in the picture attached. The new bread used is not very good.Just a warning for anyone ordering the shawarma best to stay away due to the new decreased size and the 14 dollar price tag.
Taste of falafel was raw, they were uncooked and the parts of it were scrapped. Chicken was so dry and burnt. Shawarma wasn?t wrapped well as it was all over. Bad customer service. I don?t want to try Mediterranean food again soon because of thisexperience. Wasted food and money sadly. Restaurant is not so clean. I made combo and the person forgot about drink and I had toask.
It was the worst shawarma ive ever had. It was just bread. We literally had just one side of the wrap as the other side was just bread. Its a complete waste of money and food. Ive tried tahinis and its so much better. The way they wrap is so good but osmos wrapped it so loose that everything was falling apart and it was so hard to hold. Very disappointed
Came towards closing and got leftover meat didn't tell me it wasn't fresh. Experience could've been much better as I was a regular at Chrysler road brampton..one of the best Osmows in Ontario. Busy.Food: 3/5
Ordered a super size chicken shawarma wrap today and it was made to perfection! The chicken was amazing, toppings were fresh, and the tahini sauce was the cherry on top. Definitely recommend this spot ?
Great place for a quick bite. Never had an issue when placing order. Staff is welcoming and friendly and food is great. Portions are huge and priced appropriately. The lamb shawarma is my go to!
