I have never had issues with the quality or quantity of food from your other locations, and I have always enjoyed your offerings. Concerned that there had been a mistake, we drove back to the restaurant hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, when we inquired about the portions, the staff refused to add more chicken or provide a replacement order, even though it seemed like the reasonable thing to do. I have a photo of what we were served, and I believe that the employees at this location lack essential customer service skills, which need to be addressed promptly. When I asked if they could prepare two veggie wraps for my pregnant wife, they flat-out refused. I explained that while I understand it's not a standard menu item, other locations have always been accommodating. However, they insisted on denying my request and treated me rudely. This left me extremely frustrated, but I managed to remain calm and walk away without losing my temper. I will never return to this particular location. Instead, I went to another nearby Osmow's where they happily made the veggie wraps for me. The service there was excellent, and the food tasted fresh and delicious. I got some baklava along with chicken poutine . The staff told me ones on the bottom are old and so he gave me a box from the top which was supposed to be ok. The tops ones were old too and tasted awful. Why would they even display old food, let alonesell it ? Having worked in fast-food before I wouldn?t blame the staff but it shows how owners are negligent towards unhygienicand illegal practises. I wouldn?t be surprised if they do the same thing for other foods that they sell.
Was a regular customer until now, they're the only local shawarma available anyway). The shawarma have been decent, but the spice levels have not been consistent, most recently way too hot, -my request was on the lower level). My fault for eating it, and I paid a big price the next morning. Will never come here again. I wondered why the wrap was so overloaded....to mask the spice. I ordered the large chicken shawarma wrap and much to my surprise the size of the wrap has decreased by 20 to 30 percent with the same 14 dollar price. After taking a few bites the entire shawarma split right down the middle as shown in the picture attached. The new bread used is not very good.Just a warning for anyone ordering the shawarma best to stay away due to the new decreased size and the 14 dollar price tag.
I ordered the half-and-half option (chicken/lamb with fries/rice). The chicken and fries were definitely the highlight of my meal. The atmosphere was alright, though there was a slight smell and a bit of smoke from the cooking. The tables were clean, and there were plenty of available seats. The mango nectar from Osmow's is delicious, and the portion size is just right.
It was the worst shawarma ive ever had. It was just bread. We literally had just one side of the wrap as the other side was just bread. Its a complete waste of money and food. Ive tried tahinis and its so much better. The way they wrap is so good but osmos wrapped it so loose that everything was falling apart and it was so hard to hold. Very disappointed
We ordered takeout shawarma, specifically asking for no hot sauce. However, when we got home, it was drenched in hot sauce. They clearly disregarded our request, and the sauce was so spicy that it burned my lips and tongue. When I called to address the issue, they showed no concern whatsoever. This location has significantly reduced its portion sizes. Previously, my meals were filled to the brim, but now they appear to be about one-third smaller. Additionally, when I request add-ons for my food, they often don’t include them. I’m likely going to stop visiting this location.
