I went to osmows today and the staff and manager where bullying a single customer. The manager was saying incorrect things but when the customer was recording he was not saying anything. And then there was a tall girl in the staff who was threatening the customer and without any knowledge of laws yelling at him that he can not record this.I took my food and came out but it was the most unprofessional chain of osmows I have ever been to. I spoke with my husband about this and he told he has also faced the same issue with this store.The manager is unprofessional and bullying.To the customer with whom this was happening if you want to sue this place for harassment and bullying please message me...
This is my 2nd time visiting this location. The first time, I asked for extra hot wrap. Oh boy, I never had anyone filled 1/3 of my wrap just hot sauce. I opened it, and I couldn’t see a single spot without hot sauce. I called and complained, but they didn’t take it into consideration. Today Bought 1/ and 1/2, but they cut down on the chicken quantity. I didn’t have enough chicken to finish my rice. I go to Osmows in Pickering but that location is awesome. Never coming back to the ajax location.
First of all, all of the washrooms were locked i was not even able to wash my hands before having my food and then they took my order rudely and didn’t even showed any hospitality after that they took soo long to prepare my order there were 3 employees working but 2 of them were just standing idle and only one of them was working, they first gave order to the customers who came even after me. Never going to visit this particular Osmows ever
I went into Osmows today and got 2 regular chicken wraps. Jay (manager) was excellent, he made sure that I was a satisfied customer. He had provided me with an excellent service, not only he provided me with an excellent service he made sure that the food was made well, and loaded our warps up with extra protein. I was taking out my food and while I was there, the employee asked me if I wanted to write a review and get a free pop. I said yes I tried writing one on the spot and my phone was acting up. I told the employee and he trusted me to the point where he allowed me to take a soda can and write a review at home. These 5 stars are earned!
I always order the Beyond Meat version, and every time I do, they clean the grill specifically for it. Not many other places take that extra step, which is why this is my go-to spot. The food is fantastic! They now offer a vegan garlic sauce, and it tastes amazing. Definitely give it a try!
This Ajax location offers high-quality food! The fresh dishes were truly delicious, and the customer service staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and provides plenty of seating. The portion sizes were very generous! I would definitely recommend it!
I had a terrible experience at Osmow's restaurant. While their customer service was decent, I was shocked to be charged an exorbitant $10 for what was essentially an ordinary Caesar salad. The pricing is outrageous, and I won't be returning. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
