I ordered the shawarma poutine and was taken aback by the quality of the oil used. It was so unappetizing that I ended up canceling my order. It’s hard to comprehend how a restaurant making millions could serve fries fried in such low-quality oil. I don’t hold the staff responsible; they’re simply following the owner's directives. My main concern is with the owner—who would want to eat fries cooked in that oil?
I recently dined at Osmows in Stouffville and had an excellent experience. I ordered the half chicken, which was both juicy and delicious. The portion of fries complemented the rice perfectly, and the garlic flavor was outstanding. Additionally, I was fortunate to be served by Suraj, a fantastic staff member who made my meal and the overall experience truly enjoyable.
I ordered a shawarma wrap, but it contained large pieces of bone, forcing me to toss it out. The meat was not fresh and had an unpleasant odor. The customer service was also subpar, making this my worst dining experience ever. I truly can't understand how this place is still operating. The food was extremely unappetizing, and I felt nauseous after just a few bites.
Come on, Osmow's, I know you can do better! The fries were cold, and the half-and-half had more rice than fries—about 75% rice to 25% fries. That photo was taken after just one bite! It felt like you served me the leftovers from the last order instead of taking the time to cook a fresh batch of fries. It’s no wonder I received my food in just two minutes. I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and the food was amazing. I also appreciated their considerate approach to the mask policy, making sure all requirements were followed while being inclusive of those who cannot wear a mask. Thank you, Osmos!
I had some difficulty deciding what to order, but the girl at the counter, Kashish, was incredibly helpful. She provided clear explanations for everything. I ended up ordering the chicken poutine, and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back to this place!
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The staff was exceptionally friendly, particularly Asmita, who was warm and full of enthusiasm. I will definitely be returning! I thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the hospitality.
