There are no vibes here. The area is already bad and you would think coming inside there will be vibes to make up for it or some really good enthusiastic service, which ended up being so basic. The entrance of the restaurant is also painted like a minimart. If you are trying to take your wife or date etc, don't think about coming here. Food is overpriced for what you getcompared to a lot of new popular Italian spots that have opened up in LA area. The only item we got that was memorable were thebrussels sprouts. They didn't really have a salad selection just basic greens which really sucked. The mushroom pizza was alsodry as can be. I expected more from here to say the least.
My fiancée and I were disappointed with this restaurant. We ordered the black ink pasta but the pasta was tender and bland. It was not made with real squid ink. According to the Manager, it was similar to Italy?s pasta. I have tasted black ink pastabefore but this wasn?t as delicious or sumptuous. I would not return to Osteria La Bucs. I?ll probably try the other Osteria.This was embarrassing since my fiancée just visited for a vacation.
Great experience at Osteria La Buca. Reservations highly recommended, I'm not sure they accept walk ins, they were very busy for Saturday night. We were asked to show our Covid vaccination card before entering and then were promptly seated. Great wine listand shareable options! The house bread was so fragrant. We opted for the carbonara and it did not disappoint! Tiramisu fordesert was perfect, airy and not too sweet!
Osteria was recommended to us by our neighbours. It was delicious farm to table Italian food. I read a review about the short rib ravioli and had that my husband had the Bolognese. We were so happy with both of these dishes as well as the cocktails. Weboth highly recommend this as a really great experience for a nice Italian meal. Been coming here off and on for 10 years. I always get the fresh ricotta and a negroni. Also wld recommend the Nero pasta and the pizza. Buy the pizza and eat a slice there it's not the same once you take it home.
Feine Meeresfrüchte mit mexikanischem Touch. Guter Service trägt zum Essen bei. Praktische Lage im Osten der Stadt. Lohnt sich die typischen teuren NY Kosten.
