It's a clean, warm and modern Italian restaurant that has its flaws, but I'd give it at least a try if you're tired and not willing to risk hotel food. "Outstanding 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD! A group of six friends dined at Osteria Posto in Waltham this past Saturday night to celebrate a friend 's birthday. The restaurant has a great ambiance with a very warm inviting atmosphere. Service was incredible from the hostess to our server. Our server, Alex C, was the best server we have had in a very long time. He was very attentive and accommodating to our requests, especially with a group of six ladies. He offered took lots of pictures for us. The food was amazing, absolutely delicious and very fresh. We ordered plenty of appetizers and drinks for starters. We have moved safely indoors from out door dining here. The rooms are very large with sky high ceilings and tables are amply spaced. The food and service are routinely superb. Last nite was caprese salad beautifully presented followed by rigatoni for my husband and ribeye for me perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. We were offered complimentary blood orange limoncello after dinner with our dessert. They make their own limoncello with several flavorings. Can't recommend this place enough. My husband is a public health professional And while there are no guarantees of safety during the pandemic it's the only restaurant he will dine in inside

This restaurant deserves 5 stars all around! The food was incredibly delicious and fresh, clearly made from scratch. The ambiance was fantastic - we sat on the spacious patio with a great view and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The service was exceptional, from the hostess to our server and bartender. Our server, Alex C, was the best I've had in a long time. We were there to celebrate our friend's upcoming baby, and he went above and beyond to make her feel special, making her a special mocktail, taking pictures for us, and helping us surprise her with a dessert. We can't wait to come back!
The Caprese salad was amazing and the presentation beautiful! (Made with fresh arugula, tomatoes, bread toasts and plenty of mozzarella, a little oil and balsamic vinegar) My garlic shrimp dinner was divine and my husband had the filet which he also raved about. I would go back again and get the same meal it was that good! Also my prosecco and his beer were so cold and delicious. We finished with the tiramisu. The best I have ever had! Throw in sitting at a nice quiet corner booth and you have a night where the experience of dining out was well worth it!
My wife, father, and I went to dinner last night to celebrate her 60th birthday. We sat outside on the patio and although it was a bit noisy with the traffic from Rt128, Alexander provided us with fantastic service. The cocktails, particularly the Giardano, from the bar were superb. The quality of all the food was excellent, with the calamari standing out as especially delicious. Osteria Posto is a great value and I highly recommend it!
First time back since lockdown and just as great as it was before!! It felt so safe and clean and the food was incredible!!! In this crazy time it was nice to have something be the same!!! Can't wait to go back!

You can enjoy al fresco dining on the patio. The bread, which is essentially baked pizza dough, was delicious. The staff was friendly and there was a laid-back atmosphere outside.
Beautiful place. Quick service. All our meals were served warm and tasted amazing. This is the best place to eat in North Waltham. Definitely recommend going if in area!
