I have eaten regularly in osteria pronto since it opened. the new OP Italian has literally left a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt that I will ever be back. no free brot, the menu has changed, along with the aromes of food. the prices have increased, but it has not been eaten. very sad to see that one of my favorite restaurants takes a turn into the wrong direction.
Disappointed in the new menu. The old menu was fantastic and we were looking forward to it. New menu is just so-so and very limited. Service was good but not knowledgeable. Seemed to be many new employees that didn't know the menu well. We had to slow the server down a bit as they tried to rush us.
Our server was incredibly attentive and friendly. The food was served quickly and was delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere.
