Slowest and worst service I've ever experienced. Sat at a table for 30 minutes and never had anyone even greet us. After 10 minutes or so we got up and actually got our own menus. About 10 minutes later we got the attention of a wait staff member about our wait and being ignored. She apologized and said she would get someone ASAP. Waited the final 10 minutes just watching the wait staff walk around us.Needless to say, we left at that point. It honestly felt like they were playing a game with us, kinda strange to be honest. First and last time for that place.
On a side note, I spoke with my friend about her wings, and she mentioned they were cold, even though we left right after getting our food and paying the check. She had specifically requested ranch dressing instead of bleu cheese because her partner doesn’t like it, but they gave her extra bleu cheese instead. At this point, both the wait staff and kitchen need to improve; it's hard to understand how an entire order can get messed up like that.
In the end, it felt like a waste of over $80 and an undeserved tip of more than $10. I’m truly disappointed.
I recently visited this establishment. The service was slow or non-existent. We received our appetizersand dinner all together. With no plates or silverware. I eventually retrieved our silverware.Not only that I got my dinner first which was cold and tasteless, and then received my salad 10 minutes later.
Haven't been here in a while. Gave it a try. Will never return. Fried pickle appetizer and sirloin burger were fine. The shrimp and pasta the shrimp was overcooked and burned on one side. Made the entire dish taste like ash. This place has gone down hill. Be warned.

If you’re thinking of eating here please just don’t, we try time and time again usually 4-6 months in between and it’s just a total waste/mess of an experience, we tried take out and done in and it’s been horrible
This is my favorite place. The food and drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. We were here for a family member's birthday and Bobby is fantastic! He went above and beyond to make it special for her.
The service was excellent, but the food ranged from subpar to mediocre. The server was fantastic, but unfortunately, that was the highlight of the experience. The atmosphere was decent.
A comfortable environment!layed back and enjoyable!!decent food a little pricey ?but very clean and the best staff with good service and not pushey at all!all in all a good experience!!

Great deal for fish bowls. Facility was busy, but they were still polite and accommodating. Great martini options. Great burger options. Parking really isn’t the best so plan for that.
