I had heard a lot of recommendations for Otto as a top spot for New England pizza, so I decided to check it out with a group of friends. We shared a few beers and ordered the Margherita and Pepperoni pizzas. Both were delicious, but the Pepperoni was outstanding! I really enjoyed the thin, flavorful crust. The outdoor seating area where we sat was beautifully lit, creating a cheerful atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly friendly, offering helpful food recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience!
The margarita pizza was incredible the drink not so much. I ordered a Moscow Mule and it was served in a plastic cup. There is only outdoor seating under a very hot tent. No fans or anything to circulate airflow. The server wasn 't engaging at all and just had this blank look on her face like she was being forced to work. The pizza is great and it 's the only item I would recommend and next time I 'll get it to go and skip the dine in experience.
Hard to give one score as their food is variable. Their meaty pizzas are always 5/5. Their veg ones have gotten more bland to my taste 4/5 at best. Tried the brisket tonight after hearing good things 2/5. Was a bit tough, not smoked at all, and cut along the grain not against. Come on gang BBQ 101. Not getting that here again. And please help out your staff they’re doing great but look overworked. Service: Dine in

The best waiter there was a person named holly and not only was she great, the food was on par with the triple A service we got!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The outdoor garden with a tent is lovely. The pizza is fantastic! Overall, I'd rate the food a 5, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.
