My previous experiences at this restaurant were fantastic; the staff always seemed genuinely friendly. However, my visit on June 25, 2022, was a different story. Our server was unhappy and it really affected our experience. I understand that everyone has off days, but if someone is unhappy in their job, they should consider finding a new one. There are plenty of options out there. I would mention her name, but she never introduced herself—almost as if she was trying to avoid connection, just like the lack of a smile throughout our meal. We arrived early at 5:30 and were the first couple seated on the outdoor deck, so it wasn't a busy time for her. Having worked as both a server and bartender...
The food at Ott’s was average. The beer selection is pretty good and there were a lot of TVs for which to watch sports. But none of that was exceptional. What was great was that the staff willingly accommodated a party of 8 that included a 1, 4, 6 and 7 year old. This wasn’t a quite or neat group snd the staff handled it all very well.
At this point we don't go there for the food anymore. There's always a problem with it being cooked incorrectly or missing components of the dish. They have an awesome Bar menu and the drinks are always solid oh, so now when we go it's with the expectation of poor food but amazing cocktails.
Only good for beer, Food sucks Hot wings had no flavor to it. Had a Blue cheese burger. Asked for it to be cooked medium, burger was dry and only had blue cheese dressing on it, no other garnishments. Thought I was eating school lunch again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
A friendly place to enjoy comfort food. Service is excellent prices are very fair. Plenty of parking. Regardless of day or time there's always a few seats available even if the bar does get crowded on weekends.
Never dropped by this place and even customers were treating me like family. Definitely a good spot to watch the game. Just have common sense and don't cheer for any teams outside of p.a.
The bar food is excellent overall, and the boneless wings are the best I've ever had. There’s also a wide selection of beers for all the beer enthusiasts out there.
