I was ecstatic to find out that Outback Jacks had reopened in Cannington as their food 2 years ago was to die for. We were severely disappointed as the quality and quantity were no we here to be experienced. We had burgers fries. The burgers were tasteless, the chips although crunchy and hot weren’t cooked in fresh oil. When I asked about having beetroot added to my burger, the waiter had no idea what it was. I had to google it to show him. Half way through eating our burgers the buns started to fall apart as they became soggy. There are two toilets for the women in the whole restaurant. One toilet wasn’t working and the other didn’t flush. Floors were also very sticky tiles/walls dirty.
The first thing we noticed was the terrible condition the tables and booths are in. The table tops are only just balancing, the booth seats are torn and missing pieces of the covering, at all booths not just ours.The waiter took our order wrong, initially our child's meal was not sent to the kitchen. I asked for no mushrooms and got extra mushrooms. My husbands and my meals were lukewarm at best.Even though we were using my birthday voucher I felt ripped off that night $70 for poor service and food.
We went for a mid week meal, I had steak, partner had ribs. The bill was near $100 for both of us and not worth it, the steak was half fat, mushroom sauce had one mushroom, partners meal was mainly chips on the plate.. the restaurant was old, dark and empty. Wouldn't go again for the price, disappointing.. better off going to the one in Northbridge for service, food and quality.

Food was not nice for our Valentine's lunch. We were 10 people and no one enjoyed their meal. Won't be going back.
I had a steak and my son had the kids ribs, the food was ok, the steak was nicely cooked.good place for families.
Beer and steaks so awesome!!! I got the pork ribs and they were just great. People give a great service.
