Disappointing visit. To be fair, I haven't eaten at this restaurant chain in over 20 years, but decided to give it a go. Ordered a blooming onion appetizer and it was essentially exactly what it says, a really greasy deep fried onion. Maybe it would have been better if it weren't cooked so long (it was dark brown and just seemed almost burned) or maybe my diet has changed. It just wasn't good. Chicken and shrimp pasta, not bad overall and a generous portion of both. Ordered a 6 oz filet medium rare but it came medium well, hardly any pink. It also came along with a non-fully-baked potato. I really love the food at Outback, but the reason I keep going back to the Roswell location is the service. You could go to every one of the 697 Outback Steakhouse locations in the United States and not find a better server than Kayleigh. She's simply the best. I appreciate the great job she does each and every visit. She's a terrific ambassador for the chain. Because of her great customer service, I'll keep coming back. So, if you're in Roswell and looking for an All-Star server, stop by Outback and ask for Kayleigh. You'll thank me later.
I told myself I would never be back to another Outback again due to the horrible service and lack of care about the food from other locations (Alpharetta location). Well, let me say… I will be coming back to location. The service was by far the best I’ve had in a really long time. Our waitress “Brittney” was amazing. To my surprise again the food was also sooooo good. Everything had flavor and came out hot. I highly recommend stopping by.
Kristen manager Lauren served Tonight my son and I ate here. Not only did we have great service, we had the best meal we have ever had in Outback!! Meal was done to perfection! I am 68 years old and been coming to Outback practically since they were open. I've lived at 48 different places so I've been to many different Outbacks. I sat in the bar area and had good service. ordered the 6oz sirloin, baked kartoffel and byhalate. all my things were great. the steak was boiled properly, the seasoned were exactly right, and the salat was exactly as ordered. the restaurant was not too crowded around 8 o'clock in a week night.
The food isn't what it use to be. Got the center cut sirloin, 3 of us did. Medium rare and it was tuff. My loaded potato wasn't much loaded. [The bloomin' Onion now was great. The one good thing was our awesome server, Jason. Very polite. Kept us with all we needed. Great attitude!
Went in for a quick lunch at the bar and had the best filet I have had in a while! Was cooked perfectly, was tender delicious. Bartender was super friendly and she gave wonderful service. Definitely recommend stopping in here for lunch!
Sometimes going to a “steakhouse“ can be hit or miss. This place is Next Level. GREAT food, Awesome environment and gracious servers (my kids can be “fun” ! Highly recommend for a date night or family night. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I visited this Outback location for the first time, and it was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the food exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return to this location more frequently!
