Horrible restaurant experience. Never got greeted, never offered water, never got checked on throughout our dinner food came out cold and my kids meal came last. The drinks from the bar arrived after we finished our food, the orders weren’t complete and after receiving the check there were still items on there which we did not receive. Went to look for manager and him and bartender are chilling laughing when asked for the manager services we waited 10 minutes before he arrived to our table, completely no customer service!!! 0/10 if I could.
Came by for dinner last night around 5pm. Reesturant was not crowed with the usual patrons. Our waiter was professional and attentive. The food was served hot and cooked perfectly to our taste. The smoked old-fashioned drink was on point and will definitely orde it again. Th prime tib was cooked medium rare and seasoned the way it should be. The mixed vegetables are my go-to evertime I order a side. Outback never failed me wherever I went to for dinner. I will be back again.
The food missed the mark on this particular visit. My wife's steak was over-cooked, and my prime rib was a bad cut. The bread was outstanding as always, and the service was so outstanding also, it always is, which is why I gave I give it 5 stars instead of lower. We will surely be back, because most of the time this is a pure 5 star experience for us. We eat here a lot. Felicia is the best, and Outback Steakhouse is so lucky to have her.
Was disappointed that my meal arrived totally cold, when the restaurant is barely 2 miles from my house. The steak was a bit tougher then I thought it would be, and the mash potatoes were bland. This was my surprise birthday dinner, so I was very disappointed with it not being what I thought Outback quality would be. Even the bread was cold. Meal type: Dinner

Food was good. But very dirty restaurant . Dusty and sider webs over the lamp, dried bbq sauce in the wall. Cups and plates were not fully clean. Bathroom has seat fully disconnected and off as well as flush connection. Needs to be cleaned.
Jennifer is by far the best server I have ever come across. She radiated so much positivity and was super attentive. If you come to Outback ask for Jennifer. 10/10 recommend :D
Had a great experience. Food was great. Anni was fantastic. She was so helpful, patient and welcoming. Great dinner.
