Since my children are older now and have more discerning palates i can finally try luncheon spots whose menu's include foods beyond pizza or pancakes. Upon my recent visit to the area I decided to try out Ozzie's, thinking it was simply a place for hot beverages, previously. I had the independence lake wrap and it was delicious. Attentive, quick, and friendly service too. Can't wait to go back. Everything on the menu looks great. Update: realized that this place is a hit or a miss maybe it depends on staff and time of year? Disappointed with our last order more bread than meat eggs in our sandwiches. Hopefully better next time!
Staff was so kind in answering all of our questions, all of the baked goods looks delicious, my maple latte was very yummy made with real maple syrup! This place has one of the best maple, frosted cinnamon buns I’ve ever had. My friend and I shared one, and I got the last one before they closed to take home with me and I’m eating it now! Absolutely must stop. And they have food before 330 at least during the fall, and lots of coffee beverages to choose from including hot chocolate and cider.
First time at Ozzie’s. In short I’d say it’s a great place to go if you’re passing through Old Forge or on vacation. The Cold Brew was smooth and packed with flavor. The Bacon Egg and Cheese was also pretty solid. I was caught off guard by it being in a croissant but I was pleasantly surprised by it once I took a bite. They also have a lot of espresso options if you enjoy that. As for service they were quick with it all which I very much enjoyed.
Started our day trip from Rochester at Ozzie's and we'll do the same next time we head up to Old Forge. Wonderful quality coffee and treats. Super clean, great vibe. Our Ozzie's morning visit set the tone for what turned into a magical day.

Ozzie's never disappoints. Some of the best coffee we've had in Old Forge. We stop in every time we're in town. The cinnamon rolls and chocolate chip cookies are baked to perfection! Their paninis are delicious.
Nice coffee bar and sandwich place with some inside and a lot of outside seating. Enjoyed the bagel sandwich I had and the made the Americano strong like I like it!
Adorable cafe vibe with a cute outdoor patio. The lunch food was delicious! Worth a stop before or after a hike.
Non-Sweetened Matcha Latte and Cinnamon Rolls were very good.
