Ordered takeaway for the very first time from them and came after hours late. We called them asking for a refund. They agreed and said to expect the refund after days later. Waited and the money was never refunded. So i called them...again, their respond was simply rude. Whoever picked up my call said oh we don't deal the with money, u have to contact JustEat They could have told me the process of handling the refund progress earlier rather than admitting to give the refund by themselves!!!! Such a pain in the neck. Never i will order again from here nor recommend to others. Disappointed!
Ordered takeaway tonight took minutes to arrive which I guess is about average. We ordered curries, rice, garlic naan, saag aloo and poppadoms not a complicated order! Both curries were chicken and the chicken was cooked really well...but was stone cold. Rice was hard. Naan was cold and soggy. Poppadoms were stale. Saag Aloo was cold and tasted like it had been taken from the fridge! Not impressed at all and won't be ordering from here again.
My takeaway King Prawn Curry had never seen a prawn It was absolute ****, cold , disgusting the worse curry i have ever eaten I am taking pieces of the sea food to have them tested by Portsmouth Council and hopefully get this horrendous...place shut down ps had to give star as site.wouldnt allow lower
absolutely disgusted. I ordered here for a valentine meal that I made hundreds of paints. usually a nice time out. that was very late. I tried to call the restaurant. no. the website said it was open and we have never received our order! absolutely disgusting behavior as companies. so disappointed.

we have ordered some paints from here during the lockdown and we really love it. the chicken is always so juicy and the tikka masal sauce thick and tasty. the poppadoms are fresh and fresh and sometimes throw a few free Bombay aloo... this is such a beautiful note. we are big fans!
I always order from my local Dewans, not only is it affordable but the staff are nice, I asked to change my one of my things to a poppadom there was no fuss and the guy has always got a smile on his face, it...only cost me for a full course meal thanks for your tasty food!!!
terrifying. over hours after the order. one of the courts was wrong. my chili chicken cure was colder than a bowl of cornflakes. the tandoori prawn starter consisted of prawn. throw everything away and still starve!
I must admit that we ordered before we read the reviews and probably didn't risk it if we had. eating was really good and no problems at all and will certainly reuse.
