Once I brought it home it looked good came with a nice heaping mound of fries, it had a side a coleslaw, tater sauce, and ketchup. However once I started eating, it was clear this was very poor quality. The batter on the fish wasn’t crispy it was separating from the fish it tasted like it had no seasoning and the fish was dry. I bit into a sharp bone in my burger and my teeth have been throbbing ever since. I 'm frightened imagining what would 've happened if I accidentally swallowed it. Dave, the manager did not have any remorse and said that these types of things are to be expected at a restaurant. I had a pleasant experience at Pacific PourHouse last week, but they definitely need to improve their cleanliness. When we walked in during the early afternoon, everything felt sticky. The women's restroom was particularly concerning; the toilet bowl looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, and the counter was unkempt. The overall cleanliness in the main area also seemed lacking. Additionally, about half of the beer taps were unavailable, which limited the draft beer selection. On the positive side, they have large TVs that are great for watching sports. If they can address the cleanliness issues and expand their beer options, I would have likely rated it four stars.
I ordered from Pacific PourHouse via Doordash, but my husband suggested we try dining in instead. As soon as we arrived, my husband, brother, and I were warmly welcomed. My husband ordered the pan-seared salmon with lemon butter, accompanied by mashed potatoes and rice broccoli. My brother chose the Cajun catfish with garlic fries, and I had the special kebab-seasoned lamb burger, also with garlic fries. Everything was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The portion sizes were generous. We left feeling completely satisfied and ready to unwind. A big thank you to the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service in such a great atmosphere.

About a quarter of the taps were out of order, and the selection was limited, mostly featuring IPAs. The milk stout was decent. However, the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pricing was around $0.63 per ounce, which means a 12-ounce glass of self-serve beer would cost approximately $7.50. I didn't try any food during my visit. Overall service: 5/5.
It's a fun place to hangout, watch sports, and pour your own beer. We also ordered some cocktails and our first round of drinks tasted like there wasn't any alcohol in it at all. Boneless chicken wing was frozen fried and tasted grocery store bought. Add to that you self serve, which is fine, but they add 18 percent tip as minimum default while paying and gives you a choice whether you want to tip 3-10 percent more. Like wow! 28 percent tip for self service? Stupid! Good choices of beer though.Food: 2/5
This is an excellent choice for a meal before catching a movie, as it’s just a short walk to the Century Theaters.
