Makes sure you check online to get the online special, otherwise it's a bit pricey.The women and young lady that work there are really nice and friendly, very pleasant. The tall guy (maybe a manager or owner), not so much. ? Maybe it was an off day.No tables inside for dine-in, but there's 2 tables outside. We ate outside.For our 2 topping medium pizza, chocolate-chip cookie pizza, and 2-litter bottle of Pepsi: $35. Not bad! But only because we got the online special.Pizza was good. ?
The food is fantastic, but unfortunately, they've removed salads from the Slice app and online ordering system. I called and learned that they still offer salads. I ordered a side salad, wings, and a dessert. The girl on the phone informed me that it came to $19, but I needed to spend at least $20 for a $4 delivery fee. I said, "Alright, just charge me $20." It should have been that simple. I'm trying to give you my business, so please make it easier to do so.
The customer service here is outstanding. When they made a mistake with my order, I called to let them know, and they quickly acknowledged their error. They even offered me a free pizza for my next visit, which I really appreciate. This is a top-notch establishment, and the pizza is amazing!
Since we’ve moved to Benicia a couple of months ago we have tried Pacifica twice. We have not been disappointed. Love their pizza so far. Have gotten the Hawaiian both times, zip it haters, love it! Will order again this weekend. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food is outstanding. Don’t hesitate to call ahead for a pickup since everything is prepared fresh. The pizza crust is fantastic and tastes even better the next day, so make sure to order a large!
I've been to quite a few pizza places and this has literally the best pizza I've ever tasted in the North Bay. Crust is excellent, toppings and cheese just right.
