Our first time in Pachinos and not sure if we would return. Based on the food, absolutely but the excellent food was let down by the poor service. We have to call a waiter to take our order, and at that he beckons to another waiter to do so. We ordered two bottles of wine and water. We got the wine but had to chase them for the water. We tried in vain to get the bill and then pay for it, and having waited so long we did something we never do, we did not leave a tip. Excellent food let down by poor waiting staff surely is something that you can improve upon. Generally all ok but nothing special. No kids menu but kids size pizzas which were too big. Music was a bit all over the place with thumping house music (which I liked followed by endless jazz which sent me to sleep. Staff weren’t really that attentive. To be honest I’d probably go to Zizi a few fours down next time
I was extremely impressed with my simple seafood pasta dishes, simply but full of flavour. The staff were attentive and delightful for the duration of our dining experience Highly recommend this for quite enjoyable date night

Lovely meal, service and atmosphere! I loved the bears in the unoccupied tables, great idea of filling the space
Best meal during a full week meals in Dublin. Great wine, food and service. Manager is a charm.
