I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. It has the worst service I have ever experienced. I truly don't understand why this establishment is still open. The chef in the kitchen is disgusting - he doesn't wear gloves while cooking or preparing the food. I even saw him wipe snot off his nose while handling the food. Trust me, if you read this review, you'll know exactly who I'm talking about if you visit the restaurant. It's a terrible and concerning experience.
I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich with buffalo sauce, but they gave it to me with lettuce, tomato, hot sauce, and onion instead. This is not how you make a buffalo chicken sandwich. They also overcharged me by two dollars compared to the menu prices. Despite this, I still left a 15% tip and gave them 4 stars. This experience has discouraged me from returning to this restaurant, as similar issues have occurred in the past during my last visit seven years ago.
I had a wonderful experience with this restaurant. I placed an order for delivery and the gentleman who took my call understood my order perfectly. He mentioned that delivery would take 30 minutes, but my food arrived in just 20. The pizza was cooked perfectly and still hot, which is not always the case with other pizzerias in the area. The crust was cooked perfectly as well. I was extremely happy with my meal and will definitely be coming back again!
Absolutely phenomenal place and service. I’ve ordered delivery from here a dozen times. Always consistent. Always warm. Always quick. I never have an issue with my customizations either. I just had my pizza delivered from this new pizza place for the first time, and let me tell you, it was amazing! It was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. I ordered the everything pizza and it was perfectly thin with amazing sauce and ingredients. This is definitely my new favorite pizza place!
No matter what you order at Padonno's, you will always have a delicious meal. The owner is always accommodating, and I particularly enjoy their Margherita pizza with its excellent crust.
