The quality of the food and service has really declined. The sandwiches have hardly more than a single slice of meat, and during my last few visits, the lettuce on the cold sandwiches was very wilty. I understand that good service can be hard to come by, but when a customer specifically asks you to set aside a large container of soup and offers to pay for it, it’s crucial to actually reserve the soup. When I arrived, an employee told me she hadn’t set it aside and seemed surprised that the soup container was empty. Additionally, two weeks ago, two out of three sandwich orders were incorrect. Typically, I enjoy the sandwiches here, but today I was really let down. There were only two pieces of turkey, a single leaf of lettuce, a slice of tomato, and two slices of cheese. I ordered a turkey sandwich and expected it to have more turkey than cheese, but all I could taste was the cheese. In the past, they used to provide enough turkey to truly call it a deli sandwich, but today definitely did not qualify. This place really needs a course in customer service. I waited 20 minutes for an order while I watched several other customers came in, got their food and ate while I waited. When I approached the register woman to ask what was going on. She proceeded totell me that all customers that come into eat have to come first over to go orders. I will never go back and will tell everyoneI know not to order from this place.
Portions were lean and cheap on corned beef sandwich. Asked for it warm and didn't get it. They gave me a pickle that looked diseased. The rye bread wasn't good. Good potato and macaroni salad. This is a lovely deli with a clean and bright dining area. They offer a great variety of freshly made sandwiches and pre-packaged salads. The Reuben sandwich and southern-style potato salad are particularly impressive. Whole hams are also available for purchase. There is plenty of parking, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

After visiting many times they wont give me larger cup for water I have to make multiple trips also after buying g 12 sandwiches they give you a free Sanchez sandwich
