Had my daughters quinceanera at the grand ball room. Food was delicious, the servers were amazing. The venue is beautiful. My complaint is that the upper management was not accommodating. I had to work around their schedule to pick out the menu, make payment etc. I was charged for 2 bartenders and only 1 was there that night. I was charged for security when none was needed. It was the most peaceful party because I don't associate with hoodlums where security would be needed. Over all I am not convinced that $6,000 was worth it.
Was there for the annual softball tournament. Food was good, served buffet style and was tasty but the attention from service staff in regards to filling water, bringing silverware, place settings, etc was sadly lacking. Perhaps they were short staffed because there seemed only to be 2 waitstaff attending about 100 people. Didn't want to drink soda and I had finished my meal before i was able to get a glass of water.
We had a company event here. Excellent customer service from the bartenders. Food was fresh and refilled frequently. Hall was clean and easily decorated. Sort wish I knew about them before my wife and I got married. Would definitely like to attend more events here; and will definitely keep in mind for future events that I'll need to host.
I expected more. Went here for Mother's Day brunch. We were crammed onto a table not big enough for us. The chairs was zero space between each chair. The food was cold by the time I got it back to the table. For the price, it wasn't worth it. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
There was a wide variety of food, that was good.. The deserts not so good. They needed more staff for all the people that were there. I had a good experience

The food is good and the venue itself is kept up, however service is spotty and poorly coordinated.
