Pizza is always good but customer service could use some work. Came in this afternoon to no slices being available except the butternut one. Asked how long it would be for more slices and the female cashier said 2 minutes and I said I would gladly waitso I stood right in front of the slices case. Maybe a minute or two later. I overheard someone ordering slices at the cashierwhich I didn?t realize we could do so I got in line. Waited in line for a few minutes and when I got to the front and asked fortwo pepperoni slice, she said the person ahead of me just took three of the four slices so she only has one? even though thesepeople came in after me. Well usually Pagliacci is on point. I used to get it delivered all the time in downtown. Unfortunately this location just isn?t as good. As you can see they undercooked my pizza and for forced me to put in our oven to actually get it to a point where it was enjoyable. Along with the really expensive breadsticks which are good but just disappointed with the higher cost you don?t get the better product. Maybe the remodel here is making things hard on the crew. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning. During the entire hour we were there, not once did the staff wipe down a table or check the soda machine. We will not be returning to this establishment. If I could give it zero stars, I would, but I felt it was important to share this critique. The behavior of the staff was very unpleasant and unprofessional, and they all appeared very young. Moreover, they did not wear hair nets despite having long hair, which resulted in hair being found in our food as well.

I 'm from Europe and I know how pizza should tastes. It 's not even close to this. And it was burnt, and burnt taste as well. They have only original thick crust. Staff was friendly and nice. Nice and clean interior.
