I don't speak Spanish, but they always manage to understand what I want and have someone available to assist me when I visit. Occasionally, the other customers look at me curiously when I walk in, as if to say, "What is she doing here?" Haha! But once I grab my rice, beans, and fish, I'm all set. The food is very well-seasoned, especially the fried sea bass!
Honestly the best DOMINICAN food in Amboy, they have open menu so you know what your getting and the chicken is absolute heaven. I would suggest this to all who want authentic Dominican food nice staff, they are great people and the owner has a story to tell.
I visited this restaurant for lunch after reading online that it was excellent for Spanish cuisine. Unfortunately, no one spoke English, and I didn't receive any service. I was quite disappointed.

Fantastic service and delicious food! We absolutely love the decorations inspired by Dominican Republic cuisine. We can't wait to come back soon!
It was good. We had mofongo with shrimp and pepper steak with rice and beans. It was very clean and staff was polite. Tostones were very good.
