My wife and I have eaten at Paisanos several times now. We keep going back because the food and service have been consistently great. Together we've had the chicken parmigiana, the eggplant parmigiana, the chicken piccata, the salmon and the pizza. All were great but I was especially impressed with the salmon. I was told that it was fresh from the fishing boats at nearby Pillar Point Harbor and it tasted like it. What made it especially good was the really low the price. The pizza is also worthy of special mention. The crust was perfect and the sauce especially delicious. My wife's favorites are the eggplant and chicken parmigianas and she tells me there is no better anywhere at any price.
I recently discovered Paisanos in Pacifica and I must say, it is the best pizza place in town! After trying out three other pizza delivery options in the area, none of them compared to the delicious pizza at Paisanos. One of the other places even served me burnt crusts! I have also dined in and tried some of their other dishes, and have never been disappointed. I was devastated to hear that they had a fire and had to temporarily close, but I am hopeful that they will reopen soon. I refuse to settle for mediocre pizza from any other place now. Update: Good news! I heard from a contractor that Paisanos is in the process of reopening. I can't wait to have their delicious pizza again!
This restaurant is a local favorite in Pacifica. We enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere, which felt like gathering at a friend's house on a Friday night. We ordered the calamari arrabbiata, eggplant parmesan, and pappardelle pollo. The eggplant parmesan was filling and savory, while the chicken pasta was a bit dry and chewy. The calamari was tender and flavorful, a healthier option than fried in my opinion. They also have beers on tap, so I enjoyed a blue moon. Who says you can't have a beer on a wine budget?! I have dined at this restaurant twice. I only go for special occasions because I know the food and service are exceptional. The New York steak literally melted in my mouth and the fat from the steak soaked into the bed of vegetables it was served on, which I happily devoured. The pasta is also fantastic, especially the gnocchi. My dad enjoys dining here as well, with his favorite dishes being the eggplant parmigiano and the fish.

I regret to inform you that Paisanos experienced a severe fire in February and is currently closed. The Pacifica community and the Manor area have lost a valuable restaurant, but we hope that this closure is only temporary. Please continue to check for updates on their progress.
Horrible place to pick up a slice Of pizza. Pizza counter workers could use some training on customer service. Does this slice look appetizing? Burnt slices and wrong order. Sadly I wasn't offered a refund so I went over to Vivas and ordered a whole pie.

Food was excellent and the attention was great. I was in between the fettuccini pollo and the tortona de la casa and the waitress recommended the tortona. Turned out to be a great choice. Very satisfied.

Tasty pizza and pasta dishes. We can always count on a great dinner from paisanos. We always get our food to go but inside looks nice and inviting.
The owner is the best man I have never met in my entire life. Great staff. Great food. I cannot even explain how great our visit was to this place!
