it is surprising that this place can survive as it is very far from the traditional tourist sites. it has to be the exceptionally good (not demanding) kitchen that attracts local customers. we often stay close to the place and wanted to try out a new restaurant, and we were satisfied. we got a very delicious three-course dinner at an attractive price and the house wine was excellent. the staff are friendly and advise them both about eating and on the wine card. the buildings are part of the old monastery of auberive and the decorations of the room correspond to this. this place will certainly be one of our standard dining places when we visit the opposite and we can give it our best recomman...

Cadre tranquille, superbe restaurant qui vous transporte à l'époque du moyen âge.Menu simple et copieux fait maison, excellent rapport qualité prix.Vous êtes servis par une hôte en robe d'époque, chaleureusement.Jetez un oeil aux toilettes, c'est assez bluffant.sandre en entrée, pièce de boeuf et vin haut marnais vieilli en fût de chêne.je recommande cet établissement comme halte gourmande et culturelle! offert à un couple d'amis, nous avons pu passé un très bon moment !Ambiance médiévale avec une déco fait maison de grande qualité : notre amie a pu jouer à la princesse dans son grand lit à baldaquin!!!Côté table : simple mais copieuse et goûteuse; le personnel est très agréable et en tenues d'époque !!Dommage pour nous, l'abbaye était fermée le we de notre escapade, mais nous y retournerons!
Très beau bâtiment abritant une auberge soignée dans un cadre moyen-âgeux agréable. Juste à côté de l'abbaye. Carte très complète avec 3 menus sur une gamme de prix raisonnables. Service et accueil fort sympathiques. Une bonne table en pleine campagne.
Cadre, menu, carte rien à dire, c'est simple et bon mais alors manger dans le froid non merci.Changement de propriétaire, l'année dernière elle avait au moins allumé la cheminée.
