The food there was delicious its located on the boardwalk on 98st and I had ordered the Toro Dish and it was awesome more then generous the food portion to leave you content and the steak pieces seasoned nicely and just cooked right, which comes with aarrepa , arrugla and a white crumble cheese with a hot sauce on the side awesome taste. The food was mediocre and not worth the price, which left my husband feeling disappointed. The service was confusing as well. One moment, the server was distracted, listening to something on her phone with headphones while we were waiting for our order. When I asked her two questions about the menu, she seemed impatient, but then she became overly friendly, possibly realizing her earlier rudeness. Additionally, there was a large tub of agua de panela sitting uncovered on the counter, and they laughed about it. At the very least, it should be covered. I really wish I had chosen a different place to eat.
The food was just okay...not worth what I paid for it left my husband I feeling underwhelmed. The service was very confusing. My company recently partnered with this incredible restaurant, and I must say, I was initially concerned that my enthusiasm might be influenced by my Latin American background. However, the food truly is outstanding! Everyone, from my coworkers during tasting events to clients at their sites, absolutely loves it! As a vegetarian, I’m thrilled to enjoy delicious meals that resonate with my values and dietary choices. This restaurant has left a remarkable impression on me. I absolutely love it!

The company I work for recently acquired this gem of a restaurant as a vendor. I thought it was my personal bias as a Latin American. The food is amazing! From coworkers at the tasting to client sites. Everyone loves this food! As a vegetarian I?m sohappy to taste home without wasting the knowledge and beliefs I have that led me to be vegetarian. So I can say this restauranthas made quite an impression on me. Love it!
I also ordered a side of fried yuca (cassava) with a hot, creamy sauce, which was equally delicious. Honestly, it’s worth trying this dish. People around me saw my meal and were intrigued by how appealing it looked. When I told them how amazing it tasted, they rushed to try it themselves and agreed it was fantastic! You can also get this dish with shrimp or chicken instead of beef.
Poor service, and low amount of food compared to the high price. We didn’t leave tip for the waiter and when we left he came out to street to scream at us “DONT COME BACK”, super rude. I give it one star because there’s not an option for 0 stars.
This isn?t Colombian food, and if they are trying what a shame. I ordered sweet plantains with cheese and bocadillo and the cheese didn?t tasted as cheese. Don?t pay to eat here, save your money. Better to eat at La cevicheria.
